These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mindstorm AI website and our automation consultancy services. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Mindstorm AI provides AI-driven business automation consultancy, including but not limited to AI receptionists, meeting recaps, and lead generation tools. Our services are designed to support human decision-making, not replace it.

2. SMS Communications & Consent

By opting into our SMS services (via web forms or direct inquiry), you agree to receive text messages from Mindstorm AI.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project needs and inquiries.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out: You can opt-out at any time by texting "STOP".

Help: Text "HELP" for assistance or email jay@mindstormai.com.

Liability: Neither Mindstorm AI nor the mobile carriers (e.g., Bell, Rogers, Telus) are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Professional Responsibility

While Mindstorm AI implements high-quality AI automations, the Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated outputs (such as automated emails or meeting recaps) before they are used in a final business capacity. Mindstorm AI is not responsible for errors in AI-generated content.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom AI workflows and configurations created for your specific business remain your property upon full payment. The underlying methods and Mindstorm AI proprietary tools remain the property of Mindstorm AI.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mindstorm AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our automation tools, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions by third-party providers (e.g., Dialpad, OpenAI).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [Insert Your Province, e.g., Ontario], Canada.
